Background
Mercer Island resident for over thirty years. Extremely familiar with Mercer Island real estate. Paul has lived on the North end of the Island, Mid Island, and South end of the Island. Very familiar with waterfront property issues. Paul attended Sunnybeam pre-school, Mercer Crest Elementary, West Mercer Elementary, Island Park Elementary, South Mercer Junior High, and Mercer Island High School. Paul is also very familiar with the Enatai in Bellevue. Seven year resident of Enatai.
Education and Experience
Graduated from Mercer Island High School 1982. Graduated from The University of Puget Sound 1986 (BA in Business with a minor in Economics). Graduated from Willamette University 1989 MBA. Studied negotiation theory at the graduate level. Ten years of experience in corporate purchasing and purchasing information systems. A passion for real estate. Life long exposure to real estate and real estate investing.
