Experience
I've been working to help people buy or sell homes for more than 19 years. Looking back over this long career, it's the satisfied buyers and sellers that stand out in my mind. I started my real estate career in Eugene, Oregon and worked there for 10 years, were I was continually a top producer, before moving to the Seattle area. I have a good understanding of client needs and preferences and an excellent working rapport with other realtors in our community to facilitate smooth transactions. I am very familiar with the schools in the local area, having raised four children, who are now all college graduates, and currently have seven grandchildren in Seattle/Eastside schools. Over the years I have volunteered my time on many school and community projects.
Knowledge
I am licensed in Washington and Oregon as an Associate Broker. I am constantly taking classes to keep abreast of the current housing trends and real estate law to better serve my clients. I have a certification for home staging and a passion for interior design; helping make your home look the best it possibly can before it goes on the market. I have also been involved in several home remodel projects and building from the ground up. This "hands on" experience can sometimes help the buyer see "the bones" of a good home.

Leisure Time
When not helping clients, I am enjoying family activities with four children, seven grandchildren, and many friends. I enjoy running (having participated in numerous 10K runs), jazzercise (for over 23 years), gardening, and sailing (husband is the sailor, I'm the cook). Also, an occasional Oregon Duck or Washington Husky ballgame.
