With 24 years of experience, Julie still brings new ideas and innovation to her office and holds an attitude of ever learning, growing and improving. Julie has earned both the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and the Council of Residential Brokers (CRB) designations, making her one of the few Realtors in the nation to have achieved both. In 1997, she became the full-time managing broker of the Mercer Island Office of Windermere Real Estate and, in 2000, the company’s owner. As the leader of her office, Julie is focused, visionary and able to inspire others. She is a non-selling, full-time manager who truly cares about her team. She has created an atmosphere based upon mutual respect and works hard to ensure that every agent receives the support, encouragement and accountability they need to truly excel.

Julie is a true problem solver who can bring years of experience to the table to help craft a solution to almost any challenge. She approaches conflict with a calm, stable demeanor and helps her agents and their clients navigate challenging transactions successfully, leaving everyone feeling heard and creating win-win resolutions.

As the owner of the Mercer Island office, Julie believes strongly in being an integral part of the community we serve. The Mercer Island office is a long-standing sponsor of “Summer Celebration,” “Mostly Music in the Park” and Mercer Island Youth and Family Services and its agents participate together annually in Windermere’s Community Service Day and individually volunteer in schools, churches, clubs, and other community organizations.
