Knowledge & Education
As a Seattle-native and lifetime area resident (the last 10+ years on Mercer Island), I have excellent knowledge of the local communities. Local markets constantly change though, and I strongly believe you can always learn more, so I am committed to the regular study and awareness of our local market in order to best serve your real estate needs—this is also how I work.
About Linus (it’s not all about work!)
Whether it’s taking my daughters to school or after-school activities , taking the family camping or skiing, I enjoy our community and environment. I volunteer in the classroom and also serve on a Technology Planning Team for the Mercer Island School District. I am a volunteer Scouter with Troop 254 in Seattle and have been an advisory board member of MESA, a K-12 outreach program at the University of Washington. I am also an auto enthusiast, instructing high performance driving with a couple car clubs, and an occasional crew member for an SCCA Pro race team. This is how I give back and play!
