I hope you'll allow me to take a few minutes to share a little bit about myself...
 
I began my real estate career in 1985 in South King County and was honored to be named "Rookie of the Year" by my peers that first year. I then went on to attain my broker's level license in 1988 and have earned both the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and the Council of Residential Brokers (CRB) designations, making me one of the few Realtors in the nation to have achieved both. In 1997, I became the full-time managing broker of the Mercer Island Office of Windermere Real Estate and, in 2000, the company's owner.
 
In real estate sales, I found a passion for connecting with people to help them achieve their real estate dreams. Now in my role as manager, I help agents create amazing real estate experiences for their clients. My business is helping them build their business by having the knowledge and resources to do their job effectively and the communication and negotiation skills to best represent their clients' interests. I have created a positive office environment that enables my team to truly excel and to maintain the attitude and energy to do their very best.
 
I am a Mercer Island resident and a Washington native. I love every aspect of the Puget Sound region and spend much of my free time enjoying the trails, mountains and water activities the area has to offer. I have two incredible adult children and a wonderful granddaughter living close by. I also enjoy cooking, decorating, volunteering, and attending concerts and plays.
 
I believe that we each bring something truly unique into the world and that it is our mission to share that with others, touch lives profoundly, and leave an indelible mark when we depart. I feel so very lucky to live the life that I do!               Julie
