They tailor support to the individual needs of each agent, including accomplishing tasks like creating flyers, editing and uploading photos, internet syndication, listing and transaction processing, preparing weekly listing status updates, building databases, and printing and preparing letters and mailings.
We are one of the few offices with on-staff graphic design support. Jennifer Craven designs and manages agent and property marketing, ensuring our agents and their listings always look top-notch. Jennifer is 'In-Design" and "Photoshop" certified, and her knowledge of marketing - coupled with her understanding of the principles of the real estate industry - make her an invaluable part of our team.
When you enter our office on weekdays, Jenna Stafford's is the first face you'll see. In addition to competently handling the front desk and helping agents with a variety of tasks, Jenna provides technical support by running the web analysis statistics for all of our listings, syndicating listings to Postlets and Craigslist, and preparing a weekly listing status update for every agent in our office.
Lisa Lewis oversees the office on weekends and manages our blog and social media presence. She alone is responsible for bringing our blog into the limelight. Lisa teaches classes and helps our agents expand their web 2.0 online presence utilizing her web savvy.
