Our Office

Our office is centrally located in the downtown Mercer Island business district with great street access and easy parking. We completely remodeled our interior in 2008 to provide the most comfortable working environment possible. Our office is comprised of semi-private agent offices surrounding a central resource room.

Founded in 1971, we have been a prominent community supporter involved with many local events including Summer Celebration, Mostly Music in the Park, MIPA Circus, Community Service Day, SummeRun, and Relay for Life and sponsor of Mercer Island Youth & Family Services functions,

sports teams and clubs, schools organizations, and neighborhood activities.

Although independently owned, our office is part of the Windermere network with offices throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii.

We serve the entire Puget Sound region, with a special emphasis on residential homes and condominiums located in Mercer Island, Seattle, and the Eastside.
