With few exceptions, yes! Being part of a team is critical to who we are as an office. Participating in meetings and tours keeps you connected as a team member.

How are leads and referrals distributed?

We utilize a voluntary sign-in floor system, where agents can sign-in if they are available to take incoming leads. All internet and floor leads are distributed to the next available agent through this system. Referrals are distributed fairly based upon a set policy that considers client needs and requests, the availability of the agent, meeting attendance, and productivity. No one agent is eligible to receive more than two referrals in any year until referrals have been distributed to all eligible agents.
